We import and configure your event
Sit back while we handle the heavy lifting:
Data import: We map your structure into HEPCon (tracks, sessions, posters, rooms, etc.).
Configuration: We set up filters, time zone, maps and branding so the app matches your conference.

Review a test build and go live
Preview before you commit.
You receive a test version of the mobile app and web agenda to verify data, branding and navigation with your team.
Publish when you’re ready.
