What is the setup process?

Getting started with the HEPCon conference app is simple. In four steps we turn your existing Indico, EasyChair, ConfTool, OpenConf or spreadsheet data into a branded mobile and web agenda — however complex and multi-track your programme is.

The fastest path — see your event now. If your programme is public on Indico, EasyChair, or ConfTool, paste the link on the try-free page and a private preview builds itself in about 30 seconds — with a join code to share with your committee. Programmes under 50 contributions are free outright. The four steps below are the concierge path: for every other source, or whenever you would rather we do the whole thing for you.

Concierge path — your total effort: about 30 minutes. Send the link (~2 min), review the preview we build and send back (~20 min), approve and share the download link with attendees (~5 min). Importing, structuring, validating, branding, and every subsequent programme update — that's our job, not yours.
