Each day's list view carries its sessions, convenors, papers, presenting authors, affiliations and abstracts, so a five-day conference takes about six requests.

People, not strings
Every author becomes a person with an affiliation, the presenting author is marked as the speaker, and convenors are listed on their session. Registration and coffee rows become breaks.

Times in your venue's zone
ConfTool prints wall-clock times without a zone, so a preview uses Central European time. If your venue is elsewhere, tell us its zone once, daylight saving included, and attendees see venue time whatever their phone is set to.

- ConfTool's public day view prints neither, so a preview built from the link has no rooms. If rooms matter at your venue, as they do at a multi-building conference, share ConfTool's programme export, which carries room and track columns, and we build from it within 48 hours.

- Keep editing in ConfTool. HEPCon re-reads the same link on a schedule agreed with you and applies only what changed: a moved session, a new paper, a corrected abstract.

Search Across Languages: Find a Panel by Meaning, Not Words
ConfTool programmes routinely run in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish — sometimes in the same edition. HEPCon's semantic search indexes abstracts by meaning, so an attendee finds the right session whichever language it was submitted in.
